MARY CK78, known locally as Big Mary was built in 1886 for M.B. Thompson of Southminster. Sold to John Richard Ellis (master) of Brightlingsea 13/9/44.

Brought by Peter Pullen and Bill Baker in the 1940’s.

WMTR. Smack Mary owned by Peter Pullen, with Bill Baker at tiller. Late 1940s or early 50s. Arthur Bruce.
