And so the MFOB season draws to a close with their final race of 2025, the family favourite The Salcott Challenge.
It can be quite a challenge too as the high tide covers the saltmarshes all the way up to the turning point at the top of Salcott Creek. Knowing when to take that chance to go as far as you dare before a change of direction is required.
At the end of the race the 2025 champion will be crowned at the Dabchicks Sailing Club.
